Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing my products. This policy will apply to any order you place with me.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY ONLY PERTAINS TO ITEMS BOUGHT THROUGH MY SHOP. BOOKS AND ITEMS BOUGHT ELSEWHERE ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THIS POLICY AND ARE OUTSIDE OF MY CONTROL. PLEASE CONTACT THOSE RETAILERS IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR IF PROBLEMS ARISE WITH SHIPPING FROM THEM.

I offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. The Shipping Method is automatically determined by your shipping address. All shipping is handled by PostNL, which may employ local carriers internationally.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day I accept your order. Once your order is packaged and sent off, I will e-mail you a tracking code.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
I offer worldwide shipping through PostNL.
Please note I may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which I have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, I will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY?
I take responsibility for shipping until the shipment is considered delivered. After that, what happens to the shipment is your responsibility. I advise against allowing the package to be delivered to your front porch unattended.
